Default known problems with a 96 cobra?

Since losing my lightning, i've been wanting a sports car and something that will beat my buddies stage 1 roush (06). Im purchasing for 7850. Just wondering if its a good purchase or not and if there are any serious or minor known problems.
Thanks,
John

Decent price if it is clean.
Only real problem if it is a 96 was the cooling TSB.

They tended to run warm all the time (Not hot) due to the A/C condensor having too many fins per inch.
Ford realesed a TSB and changed the A/C condensor, radiator and mounts over to the 97 style.

Check to see if that has been done. Ford will not do it anymore and the kit is very expensive.

Sounds like the 96's are crap compared to the 97 & 98's...?
Im looking for one myself... I knew the 96' had cooling issues, didn't know all the other things. Easy fixes? cheap or expensive? Greg you should know this stuff.
