Default Assistance from any R owner.

I want to build a bored and (possibly although I'm currently leaning away from it) stroked 5.4L, leave it naturally aspirated and drop it in my 2000 Mustang GT. I don't want to duplicate the R (no Cobra emblems or stitching) but I do want the performance!

I have acquired a R lower intake manifold and since I hear Ford no longer makes the upper (nor has any) I need some dimensions of the upper intake manifold. The height (not including gasket) and length of the extended front plenum.

The last thing...where do you buy your gaskets? Head gaskets and such are easy thanks to the Ford GT, but what about the manifold gaskets?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
