Default Headlights Restored !!!!!

i did my headlights today. it took me the whole day cus i was bullsh**ting around with my friends. I also smoothed out his fog lights. He was trying to tint them but failed

here are some pics, everywhere they sold sandpaper, were out of 2000 grit and the highest was 1500. so i'm thinking about giving it another pass with 2000 grit when i pick it up. for the plastic polish i used Meguiars Plastx. it worked well. I am satisfied, but needs a polish. I also purchase some clear coat from autozone. but didn't use it. I plan on using it once i get them highly polished. well here are the pics...

i also didn't have time to change my fuel filter, but i did buy the fuel filter removal tool whaddup. i'll probably do it on Mon.

can the same process be done to my fog lights? they are glass?

thanks enjoy -Angel

P.S. some pictures came out blurry, but what the hell.

P.S.S. the reason for srt pics is that we removed the isolators from the front, top and bottom. only the front. that is all.

here's how they looked before

only thing that is missing, is a 2000 grit water sanding, polishing, and last clear coat.

i can easily write a write up on this if anyone would like. and life is easy with a sander.

i will 2000 grit it on Mon.

I just did the same thing not to long ago for a '98 Lincoln Town Car except I used 2000 Grit with a triple buff... (First with rubbing compound, second with polish, third dry buff)
